The firm was established in 1967 by Mr. I.C. Jain & Mr. C.V.Khandelwal. For over 42 years, Khandelwal Jain & Co. (KJCO) is providing quality services to a diverse and successful client base. As a solution based, innovative and highly professional chartered accountant firm, KJCO has been serving its clients in the highest of ethical standards as well as fulfilling its corporate social responsibilities in the best possible manner.

Currently, the firm is operating from five locations in the country. The firm has 11 partners and more than 120 professionals and semi-professionals.

Apart from being on all the significant panel of CA’s in India, KJCO is also registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in the USA, which allows it to undertake USGAAP and SOX audits for Corporations listed on the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) in the USA.
